“Our 60,000-gallon pool was shut down due to some of the lights not working. Sunbelt pools were able to come out the quickest and had a better price than others. When they tried to replace all 4 lights, 2 of them would not come loose due to the wires being concreted in place during the remodeling last year. Joe (Operations Manager) went above and beyond to ensure we would not have to spend 10’s of thousands of dollars to destroy our new concrete pool deck.
He sent all his best technicians out the next day and they used a 2 x 4 with the light wire wrapped around it to break the wires loose under the slab. They completed the job as requested and their employees are hardworking, honest, personable and most importantly, great at their job!
Our facility and other properties will always call Sunbelt Pools for our pool emergencies and consultations. Thanks guys!”

Martha maintains the HR department for Sunbelt as well as the AR department. She joined the staff full time after many years in the banking industry. Along with Steve, she provides leadership to the business as co-owner. Her people skills build great relationships with all our customers. She holds a BS degree with numerous banking certifications from her earlier career. When not working, she enjoys the outside both at home and in nature as well as spoiling all her 12 grandchildren. Her hobbies include beekeeping, gardening, birding, kayaking, and hiking.
Steve Morgan began his pool career 37 years ago and has served all departments in cleaning, repairs, sales, construction etc. He has managed the company from the beginning and owned it since 1999 with Martha, his wife. Steve built the company with strong sales, networking, instruction in Certified Pool Operator course, Aquatic Facility Operator course, and numerous other instructional courses in various aspects of pool operations.
He holds licenses in five states where the company builds and renovates commercial and residential pools and has pool certification construction for each jurisdiction. He holds a BA and MA degrees as well as PHTA Certified Building Professional and Certified Service Professional designations.
Bryce is a CPO certified maintennace technician that has embraced the family tradition of the pool industry. He provides quality cusomter service and helps to ensure our maintenance department operates smoothly. In his spare time he enjoys disc golf and fishing.
With over 20 years of experience and CPO certification, Tommy is one of our longest serving maintenance technicians. His knowledge in Health Department regulations helps to ensure that all of our commercial clients pass and maintain their annual inspections. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his kids and following MMA Sports.
With over 10 years of experince, Leo is one of our top service technicans who is able to diagnose, repair and deliver top tier customer service. He has numerous hobbies that include: martial arts, hunting, remodeling. With all of these talents he still manages to make time for his lovely wife and 4 kids and 2 grandchildren.
John has been in the pool industry for over two decades and is enderaly refered to as Mr.Handyman in our office. His knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical fields is a great boon to us and our customers. John enjoys a constatnt pursuit of knowledge in these areas and spending time with his beautiful wife.
Jose has over 20 years experience in constuction and is our construction supervisor in Nashville, TN and surrounding area. He has overseen numerous construction projects from: dig, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, plaster, pump room installation and turn over. In his spare time Jose enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and 5 kids. Jose holds OSHA 30.
Andre Evans graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Southern University. He has been working in Pre-Construction for Sunbelt Pools since 2018. He has provided estimates for thousands of swimming pool projects. He has also designed and permitted many pools in dozens of jurisdictions in the Southeast.
With 34 years in the pool industry, he has extensive experience across maintenance, service, renovations, and ground-up construction. As a Construction Manager, he focuses on quality execution and dependable project delivery, and outside of work he values time with his lovely wife of 32 years, 4 kids and 1 grandchild and supporting Ole Miss football. Scott is CPO, OSHA30, Certified Technician Through APSP.
Vasiliy has been in the pool industry for six years with experience as a maintenance tech, maintenance team manager and running service department. Currently he spearheads the operations of our construction department working on both commercial and residential projects utilizing his skills from other departments. In his spare time he enjoys all things tech and spending time with his dog outdoors. He holds a Bachlors Degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Masters Degree from Columbia University.
Joe Lucas brings 17 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool renovation and repair, specializing in commercial renovations while also serving residential clients with the same level of care and expertise. He is known for his honest communication, dependable service, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. During his time off, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping at Georgia state parks, reflecting his appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle.
